Hannah Farnham Sawyer Lee (1780–1865) was an American writer and novelist, best known for her 1837 novel, “Rich Enough a tale of the times”. Born in Newburyport, Massachusetts, Lee was the daughter of Jonathan Sawyer, an eminent physician, and had the privilege of access to an extensive library which nurtured her early love for literature.
