SELVAMUTHU DHARMARAJA, PhD, is Associate Professor in theDepartment of Mathematics and the Bharti School ofTelecommunication Technology and Management at the Indian Instituteof Technology Delhi. The author of several journal articles, he isAssociate Editor for the International Journal of CommunicationSystems.
