GTKU is a mindful process of that procrastinated spring cleaning removing the clutter, learning to refocus ones life productively through healthier thought patterns.

Since young, Carolyn was able to see and sense energy around her. Her sensitivities grew after the passing of her father at age ten.

In 1989, Carolyn’s guides and angels made their teachings accessible to her. Being a nurse, certified life coach and certified energy practitioner, all integrates in her healing practice. Known as the “Energy Nurse, ” she brings the teachings forth in this work of healing guidance.

Carolyn lives in Orlando with her husband and three children.
