The modern world imposes serious environmental challenges to chemists in reducing the human impact on nature. In this respect, organic reactions conducted in microwave conditions offer a ‚green chemistry‘ method, which significantly enhances reaction efficiency, reduces the energy consumption, as well as the use of the toxic organic solvents.
