There are times in in life, when it takes great courage to learn to stand up for yourself, and find your true authentic identity and purpose.

This book is about the journey of self-discovery, learning to let go of past hurts; and ultimately
discovering the truly ‚Awesome‘ person you were intended to be.

For anyone who has ever struggled with the issues of self-identity and self-worth; and found the courage to face their fears and follow their dreams.

Über den Autor

In my life, I have had to overcome some very difficult personal obstacles, including a difficult
and painful divorce. I have had to learn to face my fears, and stand up for myself, so I could
become the person my Creator intends me to be.

From these experiences, and a profound interest in self esteem, I have written a guideline to
the simple steps of finding your own self esteem. I love writing poetry, so I have written it
in poetic prose.

I live in Natick Massachusetts and am actively involved in Toast Masters and community service work.
