About the author

Amy L. Stewart is a Licensed Heal Your Life Teacher (based on the philosophy of Louise Hay) as well as a licensed massage therapist specializing in energy medicine and metaphysics. She currently teaches workshops on the psychology of the chakra system and is dedicated to filling in the gap between science and spirituality. She believes in the divine communication between body, mind, and spirit, and that re-learning how to look at life with the innocence of a child is key to unlocking the wisdom of all healing. The Living Rainbow is Amy’s first book, and she hopes to publish many more as she embarks on her own journey of helping parents and caregivers nurture the innate, angelic wisdom of our children. Amy and her family live in Milton, Delaware, where they enjoy playing at the beach and jumping on the trampoline.
