Andreas Bernkop-Schnürch is the Dean of the Faculty of Chemistry and Pharmacy and Professor of Pharmaceutical Technology at the University of Innsbruck, Austria. His main interests focus on non-invasive drug delivery systems, multifunctional polymers such as thiomers, mucoadhesion and permeation enhancement.
