About the author

Arlene Shovald grew up in Iron River, Michigan, and was editor of the local newspaper until 1979. Following a near death experience (NDE) from an asthma attack she moved to Salida, Colorado. She is a certified clinical hypnotherapist and past life regression therapist and has a Ph D in transpersonal psychology.
