Carol Jones was born in Brisbane Queensland and moved to Melbourne with her family at the end of primary school.Carol worked as an English and drama teacher, before moving into the world of publishing (and gossip) as editor and later publisher of a group of children”s magazines, Comet, Explore, Challenge and Pursuit.Her first novel for teenagers was published in 1992 and her first non-fiction series for children in 2001. Carol has written more than 30 books everything from young adult novels to beginning readers for six-year-olds. Her most recent novels for teenagers are Cupid & Co and The Losers” Club.
