Georgene S. Dreishpoon was born in Poughkeepsie, New York. Her essays have appeared in Medical Economics, Trout, THE FLYFISHER, Hudson Valley Magazine, Doctors’ Wives by Cynthia S. Smith, and The New York Times. She and her husband reside in Boynton Beach, Florida and summer in Dutchess County, New York.
