But society dictates we “Suck it up Princess and just get on with it”.

About the author
John is a Development Manager who owns and operates 3 separate companies that specialise in the sourcing and delivery of expert Property Development and Project Management services. John holds a Bachelor Degree in Property Studies and is a member of the Australian Property Institute and the Australian Institute of Project Management.In addition John has been involved in the Martials Arts for many years and is a 4th Degree instructor in BJC Muay Thai, and holds Black Belts in Zen Do Kai Karate, and Tae Kwon Do, and runs a club called ‘Old Boys Thai Boxing’.
John has been married for 26 years and has 3 daughters.
The years of the cut and thrust of the property development world, combined with the physical and spiritual skills learnt in the Martial Arts, has led to John’s unique perspective on life. John’s goal is to bring some meaning and control back into the lives of people who are that mid-stage of life and are looking for some answers.
