As the book goes, it is a spiritual guide to anyone who believes in the higher power, the laws that power us, and the unique force of the mind as the controller and manipulator of our bodies. So it is about understanding the relationship of the body and spirit and the special care of both as a unit and of ourselves as individuals who thinks about life in the future. It is for us to have honor and respect for each other, and that is through following the rules and regulations regarded by those who are inspired by their beliefs and hopes.

I am a man with a passion for the spiritual and mystic topics of studies, and I believe and hope for a good future. I try to learn from everyone who likes to share his ideas and experiment on them to have a good idea of things around me, so learning and working on myself is, for me, an everyday routine. I am never hopeless or helpless; instead, I like people who have beliefs and good traditions. When I write, I take examples from my life and from the relatives I trust and know really well.
