About the author

I have always had a passion for writing, and with the pressures of school and work it has been hard to find time to write. During these busy times, I have found inspiration in running and decided to commit myself to this book that joined both my love for writing and running.

Running has been my way of dealing with the stresses of life and staying healthy. I am blessed to have the opportunity to share my experiences with others. Inspiring people to run and helping connect those who already do were two of my goals.

I am twenty-one years old and am from Delafield, Wisconsin, but currently live in Madison. I attend the University of Wisconsin Madison and study elementary education. I plan to graduate in 2014.
