Portada de PETER STUART FARLEY: Laugh 'n' Scratch (ePUB)

It is January of 1963 in a north of England town. A new dynamic pop group called ‘The Beatles’ are creating a sensation in the world of music. They have embarked on their U.K. winter tour and are due to perform at the town’s dance hall. Stuart is a naive teenager employed as an electrical apprentice. For extra money he starts a job as a trainee projectionist at the local cinema. Before long he encounters eccentric colleagues with dark secrets to share. Amongst them are a crooked cinema manager and a paedophile projectionist. Both fall foul of the law. When Stuart meets a teenage usherette named Suzie, his coming of age begins. A clairvoyant cleaner predicts their future with uncanny accuracy. Together the enlightened teenagers fulfil a final prophecy when they come face to face with The Beatles.
