Lawrence Susskind is Ford Professor of Urban and Environmental Planning at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He isvisiting professor at Harvard Law School and vice-chair forinstruction at the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School. Heis also the founder of the Consensus Building Institute in Cambridge, Massachusetts. William Moomaw is professor of international environmental policyat the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts Universitywhere he directs the International Environmental and Resource Program. He is also director of the Global Development and Environment Institute at Tufts. Kevin Gallagher is a research associate at the Global Developmentand Environment Institute at Tufts University.
