About the author

Patricia runs a private Clinical Hypnotherapy practice in Australia. He experience with clients caused her to write this book to help you make sense of our modern “problem” with food. Completing a BA majoring in Philosophy/Psychology, at the ANU Canberra Patricia became interested in the beneficial uses of Hypnosis.

She trained in Ericksonian Hypnotherapy techniques and NLP with Rhondda Stewart at the Australian College of Hypnotherapy Sydney achieving a Dip. Clinical Hynotherapy and Cert. NLP Practitioner and is currently working towards her Advanced Diploma and Master NLP qualifications. Her hobbies are fly fishing, dragon boat racing, golf and writing.
