About the author
Marilyn Brown is a Professor in the School of Public Policy at Georgia Tech. Previously, she held anappointment at the U.S Department of Energy’s Oak Ridge National Laboratory and is serving her second term as a Presidential appointee to the Board of Directors of the Tennessee Valley Authority and on the DOE’s Electricity Advisory Committee.
