Captain Kyle is a native Florida cracker with a natural talent for fishing. His high school job as a mate on a local charter drift fishing boat made him a familiar face on the docks. He gets his first shot at a captain’s position on a sportfish boat through a friend’s recommendation. Now he must prove his worth among the old salty captains and the crusty old boat owner as they enter a billfish tournament in Bimini. Boating the first fish on the board has everyone wondering who the new kid on the block is.
