About the author

Thomas P. Reinders, Pharm D, has more than 40 years’ experience as a pharmacy practitioner, educator, and administrator. Throughout his career he analyzed hundreds of resumes and CVs and conducted evn more interviews, giving him broad insight into strategies that work. Dr. Reinders, Emeritus Professor, retired as Associate Dean of Admissions and Student Services at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Pharmacy in Richmond.
