She is a researcher at the Decision Support Systems group of the GOVCOPP Research Unit from the same University. Her main research areas include: operations management, logistics and supply chain management (SCM) and operations research. Susana Garrido Azevedo is an Associated Professor with habilitation at the Business & Economics Department at University of Beira Interior, Covilhã, Portugal. She belongs to the Research Unit CEFAGE-UBI and her areas of expertise are the following: operations management, logistics and supply chain management (SCM) and sustainability. Kannan Govindan is Professor, Head of Centre for Sustainable Supply Chain Engineering, Department of Technology and Innovation, University of Southern Denmark, Odense, Denmark. His areas of expertise are the following: quality engineering, logistics and supply chain management (SCM), sustainable supply chain management, corporate social responsibility, reverse logistics.
