About the author

Fang Chen is the managing partner of Joius Law Firm, qualified tax Advisor, has been practicing law for 19 years. Ms. Chen is the author of Practice Guide of Overseas Banks’Cross-border Financing and Guarantee to Chinese Enterprises, Practice Guide and Legal Analysis of Cross-border Financing of Chinese Enterprises, and has participated in editing many monograph on law.
