Dr Vaijayanta Anand is an Associate Professor at the College of Social Work, Nirmala Niketan, Mumbai, India. She has been teaching in the area of social work education for more than 25 years, and has extensive experience of working with migrant labour in the informal sector. Dr Ferzana Chaze is a Professor in the School of Community Studies at Sheridan College, Oakville, Canada, where she teaches students in the Social Service Worker and Social Service Worker-Gerontology programs. Her scholarship in recent years has focused on issues related to immigration and diversity.
