About the author

Hal G. Gueutal is an associate professor of management at
the University at Albany, where he serves as director of the MBA
concentration in e HR. He has consulted with a wide range of
organizations on HR technology issues as well as business and HR
strategy. His research focuses on e HR trends and success factors.

Dianna L. Stone is a professor of management and
psychology at the University of Central Florida (UCF). Prior to
joining UCF, she taught in the MBA program in e HR at the University
at Albany. She has also worked with a number of organizations on
e HR-related issues. Her research focuses on information privacy,
employee reactions to e HR, diversity, and the influence of culture
on human resource practices.
