Greetings…my name is Michael Sims, I have worked in the restaurant/retail industry for over 40 years, with 30 plus years in multi-unit leadership roles. I currently own and operate a consulting firm out of Cassopolis Michigan. I have had the absolute pleasure of leading high performing teams in achieving high level results.My career started at the ground level in the quick service food industry; I quickly learned and excelled at the business and was soon promoted into management. I have worked for several of the larger concepts, both in restaurant and retail. I have enjoyed good success and have more awards and certificates than walls to hang them on…I have been truly blessed! I also served as VP of Operations for a chicken franchise in the Southeast, where I oversaw the day-to-day operations of 73 units and was the liaison between the corporate office and the franchise community.
