Percival Christopher Wren (1875–1941) was a British writer, most famous for his adventure novel ‘Beau Geste’ and other tales of Foreign Legionnaires in Africa. His experience in colonial settings and his service in World War I, nevertheless, infused his narratives with authenticity and a sense of adventure that captivated his readers.
