About the author

Alison’s passion for movement and mindfulness practices naturally developed into a love of yoga in 2006. Since then, yoga has become an integral part of her life, both on and off the mat. Alison trained at Triyoga, is certified by the British Wheel of Yoga and taught extensively in London. She now resides in Asheville, North Carolina where outdoor life, her home yoga practice, friends and family are the things which sustain her.
