Claudia Costin, PhD, is Associate Professor at the Faculty of Letters and Communication Sciences of Ştefan cel Mare University of Suceava, Romania. Her areas of interest are the history of Romanian literature, the medieval age, Romanian literary folklore, Romanian mythology, and cultural anthropology. Her publications include Mythical Structures and Prevailing Symbols in Lucian Blaga”s Theatre (2003), Landmarks in the History of Romanian Medieval Literature: Part One (2005), and Romanian Literary Folklore (2007).
