Dr. Erica L. McJimpsey is an assistant professor of analytical chemistry at Western Illinois University in Macomb, Illinois. She is an evangelist, as well as the co-founder of McJimpsey Biotechnologies, Inc. and Abba”s Jewels, Inc. She earned a doctoral degree in analytical chemistry from the University of California, Davis (Davis, California) and has performed postdoctoral research at Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory (Laurel, Maryland) and the National Institute of Standards and Technology (Gaithersburg, Maryland).
