Gabriele Esposito is a contract professor of Medieval, Modern and Contemporary History at the “Luigi Vanvitelli” University of Campania. Scholar of military history and uniformology with extensive international experience, for years he has worked as an author and freelance researcher with the most important publishers active in the field of history military. These include Osprey Publishing, Winged Hussar Publishing, Partizan Press and Pen and Sword. He writes regularly for the most important dedicated magazines in the world to military history.
