Marietta Izdebska is a PhD candidate in the Department of Applied Linguistics at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin, Poland. Her main research interests include applied and cognitive linguistics, semantics and cognitive semiotics. She is one of the organisers of the series of international conferences „Linguistics Beyond and Within.“
