Homer Eon Flint (1888–1924) was an early twentieth-century American author and screenwriter, primarily known for his works in the growing genre of science fiction. Flint began his writing career contributing short stories to the pulp magazines of the day, quickly becoming appreciated for his imaginative tales, a blend of scientific extrapolation and adventurous speculation. An important work that showcases Flint“s literary style is „The Blind Spot“ (1921), a novel he co-authored with Austin Hall.
