Mindy Kilgore is a local artist born and raised in the Springfield, MO area. She often works in traditional mediums such as ink, charcoal, pencil, and watercolor, as well as in digital with i Pad Pro“s Procreate. She specializes in drawing people and pets, especially portraits. Mindy graduated from Missouri State University in 2017 with a Fine Arts Degree, where she also studied comics and drawing. She also continues to make short web comics that she puts up on her social media. She continues to live in Springfield as a freelance artist and can be found online as mkilgoreart or at Mkilgore.art. In her free time, she likes to play games, hike, and play with her papillon, Ellie.
