For many years Liz Francis ran a Spiritualist circle with her ex-husband Allan Francis who was a deep trance channel, as well as drawing people“s Spirit Guides with information about their past lives with the guide. Gradually she moved into incorporating Shamanism in her life, getting to know her guardian animals and communicating with them and listening to their messages. Liz has been writing and interested in spiritual things for as long as she can remember and this is her second book. The first one is called Atlantis: It Was Written. Liz was arts writer for a newspaper in Tasmania, where she lives now. She also wrote for a spiritual website and magazine.
