Auch als Soundtrackkomponist machte sich Philip Steele einen Namen, so war er unter anderem am Soundtrack zu Quentin Tarantinos »Kill Bill 2« beteiligt. Heute lebt Philip Steele in Berlin und ist dort neben seiner Soundtrackarbeit als Musikproduzent tätig.
