Dr. Ramchandra Kamaji Kshirsagar (b.1945) completed his M.A. (Pol. Sc.) in 1968, LL.M in 1977 and Ph.D. (Pol. Sc.) in August 1985, from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad (Maharashtra). He worked as a Lecturer from 1971 to 1993 and as Principal from 1993 to 2005 in the People“s Education Society, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar College of Arts and Commerce, Aurangabad, In-charge Principal of Dr. Ambedkar College of Law from 2000 to 2002, and as Asst. Secretary of the People“s Education Society, from 2000 to 2005.
