About the author

Parker has a B.A. and an M.S.S.W. having attended U.N.de M., Mexico City, and U.T.Austin. Awarded title of Piloto Honorario by Colombian Airforce for his work during La Violencia, he later, in Vietnam, with over 300 helicopter combat flying hours, earned a Bronze Star and promotion to Major, U.S.A.
