JOE COOK works with the Coosa River Basin Initiative and is the coordinator of Georgia River Network’s annual Paddle Georgia event. He has authored Georgia River Network guides to the Broad, Chattahoochee, Etowah, Flint, and Oconee Rivers (all Georgia).
