These writings are the expression of the deep silence within. Silenceleading those who care into silence, through words. Words which endeavour to indicate that which is not the word silence but silence itself. Being that is, that just is, not being this or that. Just being.

These writings are expressions of sharing for those whose intellects have discovered the joy and amazement in the intriguing silence of deep sleep, which is itself the healing as well as the vitality of life.

These writings are for those who are not satisfied with all that the outside universe has in its power to bestow, who seek something more than the infinite without their own within.

About the author

Narinder Bhandari, seventy-six, is a retired army officer and lives in Chandigarh, India, with his wife, Ravi; son, Karan; and family.

The greatest happening in his lifetime was the death of time in 1982, a gift of his guru, god, and meditation.

Past and future ceased to exist. Bliss of being.
