The importance of making a study of this feature of a woman’s dress cannot be over-estimated, as nothing adds to or detracts from a woman’s charms as does the exercising of taste in this essential.<br><br>It is with much satisfaction, however, that we note a rapid advancement along these lines within the past few years, with the result that two-thirds of the women, who a short time ago depended entirely upon the advice of their milliner, are at the present time selecting and trimming their own hats.<br><br>This is not confined alone to any particular class of people but is being done by all with surprisingly satisfactory results.
