About the author

Yolanda Henderson, Dallas Texas native, born in 1983. She is the happy wife of Normal Henderson Jr. and mother of 6 children, (names in order of age) Patience, Gerald, Jaylen, King, Nina, and Normal III. Yolanda was a teen mother and experience life’s obstacles of “laying in the bed “she made. Now, she is overcoming multiple sclerosis. Her experience with her symptoms, medications, and longtime untreated diagnosis, lead her to become a certified holistic health coach, Naturopathic Doctor, and evangelist. She received her training and education from various colleges including the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and Kingdom College for Natural Health, where she learned about more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle and coaching methods healing techniques, and more. With this knowledge, she helps you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals. She is currently the founder and CEO of the gift of life community home, INC a 501(c) (3) organization for community service for the underprivileged and partner with The Holistic Society to educate the community on holistic wellness and healthy life choices.
