Portada de Jack London: The Call of the Wild & White Fang (ePUB)
Commonly considered to be Jack London’s tour de force, The Call of the Wild tells the story of Buck, a domesticated dog ripped from a comfortable life when he is stolen from his home on a California ranch and forced into service as a member of a dog sled pack. In White Fang, a wolf pup survives in the harsh wilds of North America and grows to be fierce, distrustful, and morose before being adopted by an intrepid adventurer. This compilation presents Jack London’s companion classic works on dogs which richly describe their indomitable spirit and mysterious connection to mankind.

Sobre el autor

Jack London (1876-1916) was an American novelist, journalist, and social activist. A pioneer in the then-burgeoning world of commercial magazine fiction, he was one of the first fiction writers to obtain worldwide celebrity and a large fortune from his fiction alone. London was a passionate advocate of unionization, socialism, and the rights of workers. His most famous works include The Call of the Wild and White Fang, both set in the Klondike Gold Rush.
