Maureen Kennedy Berg knows children’s literature from a lifetime of professional and personal experience. She is a retired elementary school teacher and principal, mother of five, and grandmother of thirteen. Caroline Finds Her Passion is her second publication and is loosely based upon her experience with Caroline, grandchild number six and all kinds of kids who try all kinds of things on their childhood journeys. Her first publication was Kissing Ronan. Maureen grew up in New York, is a graduate of Purdue University, and resides in Avon Lake, Ohio, with her husband, Paul.
