Igor Lyubashenko is Assistant Professor at the SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw. He holds a Ph D in political science from Maria Curie-Sklodowska University in Lublin. His academic interests focus on politics and international relations in Eastern Europe. More recently, he focuses his research on the problem of transitional justice and different aspects of transition to democracy in post-communist states (in particular Poland and Ukraine). He is the author of Transitional Justice in Post-Euromaidan Ukraine: Swimming Upstream, Frankfurt, Peter Lang 2017.
