Haszto has also written coming of age tales, Long Road to Hero, Deafening Vibrations, and Blood and Ice. His yarns from Radio Free Mickey and Life on Side B began his journey down the road to storytelling.

He has also authored six poetry books, mainly detailing life’s intricate emotions: Of Dampness and Dreams, Pieces of the Heart, Pieces of the Heart II, Pieces of the Heart III, A Warm Breeze While Under Palm Trees, and Issues, Tissues and Miss Yous.

Haszto, a native of Islip, New York, resides in North Ridgeville, Ohio, and enjoys coaching, hockey, golf, and footgolf, while passionately rooting for the New York Islanders and Mets.
