What makes some people more likely to initiate positive change within their organizations? Can this behaviour be influenced by management? Chia-Huei Wu is an associate professor at Durham University. His research focuses on proactive behaviour, work and personality development, and subjective well-being. He earned his Ph D degree at the University of Western Australia.
