Murray R. Barrick is the Stanley M. Howe Leadership Chair atthe Tippie College of Business at the University of Iowa. He is afellow of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology(SIOP) and the American Psychological Association. The author ofnumerous scholarly articles and chapters, he also serves on theeditorial boards of the Journal of Applied Psychology andPersonnel Psychology. Ann Marie Ryan is a professor ofindustrial/organizational psychology at Michigan State Universityand president of Employee Research Group, a consulting firm. She ispresident of Division 14 of the American Psychological Associationas well as president of the Society for Industrial andOrganizational Psychology.
