Marco Minghetti is General Manager of the consultancy firm Hitrea, and has worked for many years with some of the most important international businesses operating in Italy. He cooperated in the development of new models of social organizations and served as Director of a number of prestigious observatories for many institutions, including Scuola Mattei, Eni Corporate University (from 2005 to 2009), and Fondazione Italiana Accenture (from 2009 to 2011). He has published a number of books, teaches Humanistic Management at the Faculty of Communication Sciences of the University of Pavia, Italy, and maintains a blog for Il Sole 24 Ore.
