Thomas, solicitor in London, is published in Kluwer Law International’s Series of Legislation in Translation.For non-Dutch speaking residents of the Netherlands Antilles, practitioners advising on Netherlands Antilles law as well as persons or firms interested in the regulation of company and corporate law, this work will be essential.
