For fifteen years Bill worked in higher education as an agricultural engineer and was the National Supervisor for post graduate National Diplomas in Agricultural Engineering. He later went on to be a lecturer and a tutor in business studies at the University of South Glamorgan. For twelve years he was a consultant under the DTI’s Enterprise Initiative, has written for the UK Central Office of Information and was a business management consultant for TACIS, the EU’s technology transfer program.
