Ellen Kurtz wurde 1994 in Hamburg geboren. Nach einem Freiwilligen Sozialen Jahr studierte sie Anglistik und Spanische Philologie, um sich ganz ihrer Begeisterung für Sprache und Literatur zu widmen. Seit 2018 ist Ellen Kurtz als freiberufliche Übersetzerin und Lektorin tätig.
